Enrichment

Galileo Enrichment is a learning program where students will learn and master Math, English, and Singapore Math. They will have 1-on-1 sessions, online or face-to-face, according to their own pace with a Galileo certified teacher.

  • The Galileo Math Program aims to equip the learners with fundamental skills in understanding mathematics. It is designed to concretize the four operations, equations, and geometry by helping students analyze word problems and showing them the benefits of mathematics in practical life.

  • The development of literacy skills is crucial in the learning years of a child. Through the Galileo English Program, students will have an excellent grasp of the grammatical rules while applying it to the fundamental skills of the English language: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

  • The Galileo Singapore Math Program aims to enhance students’ Math skills by deepening their understanding of concepts and go beyond superficial learning using Math curriculum content, materials, and teaching methods applied in Singapore.

Pre-K Programs

Galileo Little Explorers (GLE) consists of early childhood programs that teaches early literacy and numeracy to students aged 2 to 4.9. This is a 10-month program which focuses on the development of literacy and numeracy skills and prepares them in an online classroom setup. This program encourages social interaction with kids of the same age while enriching the learning experience of students through various activities.

  • GLE Toddlers rears young learners to develop an awareness of themselves, their immediate surroundings, their community, and the world they live in while establishing fundamental skills in gross motor, language, cognitive, and social skills.

  • GLE Kids builds academic readiness by incorporating 21st-century skills of building their imagination, exploration, and experiential skills with the academic core programs of Math and English - which focuses on problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, and collaboration.

What is Galileo?

Galileo is an after school program that offers: Math and English for children ages 3 to 12, Singapore Math for ages 5 to 12 and Galileo Little Explorers for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Our program is designed to provide a fun learning experience that encourages children to master and enhance their Math and English skills while exploring new ideas, discovering their passions, and building a solid foundation for lifelong learning.

What programs does Galileo offer?

Galileo offers two primary programs: Enrichment and Pre-K Programs.

Under Enrichment are:

  1. Math - For mastering fundamental skills that are essential in understanding Mathematics;
  2. English - For development of literacy skills such as reading and writing; and
  3. Singaporean Math - For Math curriculum content, materials, and teaching methods applied in Singapore.

Pre-K Program offers include:

  1. Little Explorers - Toddlers - For children ages 2 to 2.9 years old and an introductory learning program anchored on play-based learning; and
  2. Little Explorers - Kids - For children 3 to 4 years old aiming to build academic readiness by incorporating 21st century skills into the academic programs of Galileo.

How often are the sessions and how long is each session?

For Galileo Enrichment subjects, students learn twice a week for 8 sessions a month, with Regular package being 30 minutes each session and Premium package being 1 hour per session.

For Pre-K Programs, students learn four times a week for 1 hour each session.
